Scheduled to be in Madrid with the spanish team this event now was held in Germany with two teams. Germany had no competitiors from the european championships in their team but they still won with 334,550 against Italy with 328,050 Points.
Italian Giancarlo Polini had a shoulder injury and couldn't compete so it was harder for the italians with the 6-5-4 system. 6 team members, 5 starters at each apparatus, 4 best scores count.
