International Gymnastics Talents Training

See some of the GWG Cup competitiors from Italy. Francesco gives you an italian welcome on the shop start page and some others have been at the competitions. Now we are heading to their home town Rome to see all the talented boys aged 10 to 16 working hard for the next competition.

A really fun but still hard working training sessions awaits you with the leading coach Luigi. Warming up, Power excercises, technique training and stretching is their daily routine. As a year-end special all club members do a show for the parents and members of the club in their small club gymnasium.

Gymnastics needs a lot of training. 20-25 hours per week are normal so the gymnasts are physically fit from head to toe. Bruises and injuries are common for the gymnasts. Take part and get your Video of "those boy talents now.
