Two italian gymnast friends Thommaso and Ado (blue/white shorts) show some of their daily routines in a special training. Their home club offered a terrific gym with exceptional lighting for photography. Both had a lot of fun during this extra session. Thommaso emphasizes on a good body workout and was training also at the national training center in rome. They were regionally and nationally taking part in competitions. So be a visitor to their training and enjoy their fun.
