Order:
After finishing your order you get a confirmation mail about your order details. If you do not receive the mail please check any spam folder in your mail account and if you really entered the correct email address. If there are any problems feel free to contact support via the contact form.

Multiple Orders Error #10021:
If you place multiple orders within a short time the credit card processing company may block new orders for a certain time. An error "Declined by ipayment-AFDS (AFDS-MSC)" will be given.

Payment:
All payment informations are secured by highest website encryption standard with 128/256 Bit SSL.

- EU standard bank transfer: free within the EU (European Union) and Suisse. Safe and secure. No Costs within the EU.
Note: If you are a known customer and provide us with a transfer receipt we can activate the downloads right away.

- Cash: Personal payment at pickup or via mail. Minimal costs also outside the EU. Please insure your mail.
- Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. fast, international. The customer don't have to pay additional costs.



Payments with MasterCard and Visa are use with the security feature "MasterCard© SecureCode™" and "Verified by Visa" to ensure highest possible security for our customers.

The payment pages are secured with an SSL-Certificate from Thawte with the highest possible encryption of up to 256Bit if your Browser supports this.

Delivery:
You chose Download or CD/DVD Shipment as the delivery method. Some products offer two download versions. If you chose CD/DVD-Delivery be sure to select the right download version you want to be delivered as a CD/DVD.

Downloads:
Please do not use a download accelerator which will definitely cause problems.

With credit card the download will be available immediately after automatic verification. Otherwise the download will be available after receipt of the payment.

To start your downloads please login into your account. You have 5 days and 5 tries to do so with every download. If you have problems or need more tries feel free to contact support via contact form and include your order number.

If you have lost your password please use the "Password forgotten?" function during login.

All products will be delivered in a single ZIP file which includes all ordered files.

CD/DVD:
Mailing of CD/DVDs worldwide as a letter or registered letter via Air Mail generally within a business day. If you want multiple photo series can be put on one CD/DVD if capacity allows it. Shipping costs are the same for any amount of photo series you order.

ZIP Files:
All Download products are delivered as ZIP files which contain all files of a product. You can use ZIP files directly with Windows XP oder Apple Mac OS X 10.3 or newer. Otherwise you can use free ZIP programs like 7zip for Windows (external Link) or StuffItExpander forMacintosh (external Link).

Customs:
Customers outside the EU may have to pay customs due to their local laws. The shipment will be commercially marked with the value. According to customers from Canada and the US there weren't any customs to pay. For Suisse there is a 10 CHF processing fee plus the customs fees for all shipments of 65 CHF (app. 40 EUR) or more.
There are no custom fees on downloads.

Resolutions digital Photos:
Standard resolution is 1280x853 Pixel which is excellent for viewing on your computer and for small prints. Please note that distribution is not permitted by copyright law.
VIP versions have significally higher resolution with 1600 Pixels and are suitable also for medium size prints.

Resolution Prints:
All Prints are on photo paper (no inkjets printing) and will be made using full resolution of up to 3504 Pixels which is significally higher than the photo series.

Resolution Videos:
Videos will be delivered as PAL/NTSC or as WMV Files (Windows Media Video). HD Videos only as WMV Files in breathtaking quality. On the product pages you find WMV previews. Check these to see if you can play the WMV videos before ordering.

Video Formats PAL/NTSC:
PAL is mainly used in Europe (except France), Parts of Africa, Middle East, Asia and Australia.
NTSC is used in the USA, Canada and the northwest of South America.

Every country uses a specifiy video system for Video devices. Modern devices and play multiple formats. Computers can generally play all formats.

WMV Format:
Windows Media Video v9 is a modern compression format from Windows which can also play on Apple OS X computers with the free WindowsMediaPlayer (external Link) for Macintosh or the free Quicktime plug-In Flip4Mac (external Link).
