If the customer is a consumer as defined in Clause 13 BGB (German Civil Code), he is not committed to the order if he cancels it within a period of
2 weeks after receipt of the first delivery. Revocation must be effected by giving notification in writing, by fax or by e-mail, or else by returning the
goods. An explanation for the revocation is not required. To observe the deadline, it is sufficient for the revocation to be sent to the following address
in good time:
Messe München GmbH
Customer-Service-Center
Messegelände
81823 Munich
Germany
Fax (+49 89) 9 49-09
E-mail: info@messe-muenchen.de
On timely receipt of the revocation, MMG is obliged to reimburse the payments made. For his part, the customer is obliged to return the delivery at
the risk and at the expense of MMG. If the goods delivered correspond to those ordered, the customer bears the normal costs of returning deliveries
of orders with a commodity value of up to EUR 40. Otherwise, the return shall be free of charge for the customer. For entrance tickets, revocation is
possible within the revocation period only up to the time when the entrance ticket ceases to be valid. When the right of revocation is exercised by
the customer, the entrance tickets concerned are blocked so that they cannot be used for admission to the event concerned.
